A trial is a relaxed first lesson where swimmers meet an instructor, settle into the water, and we find the right fit together. Please read how trials work before booking, so every swimmer starts off on the right foot.

Not every family starts with a trial. New swimmers can also enroll directly in the Customer Portal for their location.

How Trials Work

Choose a time you can keep. Please book your trial on a day and time you can continue with going forward. If the swimmer joins, that same day and time becomes their weekly lesson, and we can’t guarantee another spot will be open.

Request a trial in the Customer Portal
A request is not a booking yet. The trial is scheduled once a team member contacts you to confirm availability and next steps.
Keep a valid card on file
A valid credit card is required to book a trial.
Pick a day and time you can commit to weekly
If the swimmer enrolls, the trial day and time becomes their permanent weekly lesson time.
No switching for 30 days
The day or time can’t be changed within the first 30 days after the trial.
The trial time is not held
It stays open to other families and isn’t yours until it’s paid for. Text us during or right after the trial to claim the spot.
No trials for Parent & Me
Parent & Me is immediate enrollment only, and classes fill quickly.
If a trial is missed
Missed or canceled trials can’t be rescheduled, and a missed-class charge applies (Menifee $40 Learn to Swim / $50 Adaptive; Yorba Linda $26.50 Learn to Swim / $37 Adaptive, added to the $23 booking).

After the trial: lessons are a Monthly Subscription. Once enrolled, autopay bills on the 25th for the upcoming month and renews each month until a drop is submitted in the Customer Portal between the 4th and the 24th by 6 PM.

Adaptive Aquatics

Adaptive swimmers must complete a trial before enrolling. Please do not enroll directly into Adaptive lessons. Schedule no more than 6 days before the approved start date, or any time after it.

Menifee: Adaptive Free Trial.
Yorba Linda: Adaptive trial lesson, $23.
The Adaptive lesson slot discussed at the trial is held only until 11:59 PM the same day.
