Adaptive / Special Needs Lesson Pricing & Policies

At Phoenix Swim Academy, we operate on a simple monthly enrollment rather than packages.

• Lessons are billed monthly based on how many lessons fall in that specific month
• Because the calendar changes, some months have 4 lessons and some have 5 lessons for your scheduled day/time
• There is no need to choose a plan — tuition automatically adjusts based on the calendar

How It Works:

• If your lesson day occurs 4 times in a month, you’re billed for 4 lessons
• If it occurs 5 times in a month, you’re billed for 5 lessons

Same schedule. Same reserved spot. Just aligned with the calendar.

Why We Structure It This Way:

• You keep a consistent, guaranteed weekly time slot
• No gaps, no re-enrolling, no session resets
• Your student benefits from steady, year-round progress, which is especially important for consistency, trust, and skill development

Important Program Policies:

• Running out of third-party funding (FMS/SDP, etc.) does not constitute a drop
• All families follow the same drop, makeup, and billing policies, regardless of funding source
• Enrollment remains active unless a drop request is properly submitted through the parent portal within the drop window
• If a drop request is not submitted on time, enrollment continues into the following month
