DO YOU OFFER MAKEUPS?
-YES. ONE EXCUSED MAKEUP A MONTH. TO BE CONSIDERED EXCUSED, YOU MUST CALL OUT 4 HOURS IN ADVANCE
-MAKEUPS CANNOT BE USED AS CREDITS OR ROLLOVER TO PAY FOR THE NEXT MONTH'S TUITION
-MAKEUPS ARE NOT GUARANTEED & MAY NOT ALWAYS BE WITH THE STUDENT'S MAIN INSTRUCTOR
-MAKEUPS CANNOT BE MADE UP. IF YOU MISS A MAKEUP, THE MAKEUP TOKEN IS FORFEITED.
-THE ONLY WAY TO HAVE A MAKEUP SCHEDULED, IS TO FILL OUT THE MAKEUP TOKEN FORM, THAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR MAKEUP TOKEN EMAIL. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE FORM, WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE MAKEUP.

DO YOU DO FORCED SUBMERSION?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN FORCED SUBMERSION OR "DUNKING" STUDENTS. WE ALSO DO NOT THROW STUDENTS IN THE POOL (UNLESS THEY ASK. 😁). WE TAKE A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO LESSONS. OUR METHOD WORKS WITHOUT TRAUMATIZING THE STUDENT. WE GET RESULTS WITHOUT TEARS. THOUGH WE TEACH ROLL TO BREATHE AKA SWIM FLOAT SWIM AKA "SURVIVAL FLOATS", WE ARE NOT ISR OR INFANT AQUATICS & HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH THEM OR THEIR PROGRAMS.
WHAT IF MY CHILD CRIES?
IF YOUR CHILD CRIES, WE HAVE A FEW DIFFERENT WAYS OF HANDLING IT. YOUR INSTRUCTOR WILL RECOGNIZE THE TYPE OF CRY. IF THE INSTRUCTOR FEELS THE CHILD CAN STOP CRYING BY HAVING YOU HIDE, WE WILL HAVE YOU GO "HIDE". IF WE FEEL YOUR CHILD NEEDS THE COMFORT OF SOMEONE FAMILIAR TO THEM, WE WILL ASK YOU TO GET IN. WE ASK PARENTS TO PLEASE WEAR A SUIT FOR THIER CHILD'S FIRST FEW LESSONS, IN CASE WE NEED HELP BUILDING YOUR CHILD'S TRUST. WE VERY MUCH BELIEVE IN WORKING AS A TEAM TO GET YOUR CHILD SWIMMING.
IN THE RARE INSTANCE YOUR CHILD IS HYSTERICAL OR HYPERVENTILATING, WE WILL END THE LESSON AS IT IS NOT CONDUSIVE TO LEARNING & CAN NEGATIVITELY IMPACT FUTURE LESSONS BY CONTINUING.
WHAT IS YOUR BILLING SCHEDULE?
WE BILL EVERY MONTH ON THE 25TH OF THE MONTH. LESSONS ARE ON A ROLLING ENROLLMENT. WHICH MEANS YOU ARE ENROLLED UNTIL YOU FILL OUT THE DROP FORM THAT IS ONLY PROVIDED AT THE END OF THE MONTH. NO MID-MONTH DROPS ARE ALLOWED.
HOW DO YOU DROP LESSONS?
DROPS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED AT THE END OF ANY GIVEN MONTH. FAILURE TO DROP WILL RESULT IN BILLING FOR THE NEXT MONTH WITH NO REFUND. YOU MAY REQUEST A DROP BY REPLYING TO THE AUTO PAY/DROP REQUEST EMAIL THAT IS EMAILED OUT EVERY MONTH ON THE 22ND AT 9 AM.
ALL DROP FORMS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 6 PM ON THE 24TH OF THE MONTH. IF A HOLIDAY SUCH AS CHRISTMAS OR THANKSGIVING FALL ON THE 24TH, THE DROP DATE WILL CHANGE TO THE 23RD, & BILLING WILL ALSO BE ON THE 23RD AS WELL.
ATTENDANCE
ATTENDANCE IS CRUCIAL IN LEARNING TO SWIM. FAILURE TO ATTEND MAY DELAY RESULTS & COULD EVEN SET THE STUDENT BACK.
PLEASE NOTE: NOT SHOWING FOR A LESSON, DOES NOT RESULT IN A CREDIT OR LESSONS ROLLING OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH. YOU ARE HOLDING A SPOT THAT CANNOT BE FILLED BY ANOTHER STUDENT & IS ONLY RESERVED FOR SAID STUDENT.
WHAT AGE CAN MY CHILD START LESSONS?
WE START LESSONS AT 6 WEEKS OF AGE EITHER IN OUR PARENT & ME OR PRIVATE LESSONS.
